We are an Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas based bartending and event servicing company. We are three friends who decided to form this business in 2022. So far, we have completed over 500 bartending and event servicing jobs in Texas. We are all TABC certified and available for events, private parties, weddings, and celebrations of life. We are a fun group of people and are available any time of the day for events! We will do everything in our power to provide you with the best service possible!

Our Services
We provide a full range of bartending and event servicing . Here are our most popular services!
Private Bartending
By far, our most popular service is private bartending. For private bartending, the number of guests should be under 75 people. For this service, we provide all our bartending equipment (and knowledge) and also 1 large cooler. We know people in Texas love their private parties, so we will be ready to service!
Event Staff and Help
We know how difficult it is to work at your own event! For this service we assist with setup, cleanup, bussing tables, passing out food, operating a buffet, and anything else you need to ensure your event operates smoothly. We can only provide a maximum of 2 people per event for this service.
Large Event Bartending
Large events/parties can be a lot of fun! For large events, the maximum number of guests we can serve is 500 people. For this service, we provide all our bartending equipment (and knowledge) and 1 large cooler. We are also able to provide ice, drink menus, and a comprehensive drink list for an additional cost. We are fully prepared and qualified to serve a large number of people!
Our Story
Graduated Bartending School
The three of us have been friends since our first year at college in 2015. At the beginning of 2022, we decided to go to bartending school (yes, that exists!) and become licensed bartenders. In the summer of 2022, we all decided to move to Austin, Texas.
Starting the Business
During May, 2022, we decided to challenge ourselves with our newfound skills and become Austin bartenders. We created The Time Travelers: Bartending and Event Servicing company in Austin. Our business (thankfully) exploded immediately! We found ourselves working numerous weddings, large house parties, and even private boating events every weekend.
Expanding Throughout Texas
Since the summer of 2022, our business has been growing rapidly. We have been lucky enough to be scheduled every weekend consistently. We realized our business could be expanded beyond Austin, so we started forming teams in central Texas.
After expanding throughout central Texas, we decided to begin divisions of bartending and wait staff in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
